Exchange and return policy
Hello! If you want to exchange your product or make a return, we kindly ask you to contact us within 7 days from the date of receipt in the contact tab.
For exchange or return:
- The product must be in the original packaging;
- Do not contain marks of use and bear the label;
- Shipping costs borne by the customer, except in cases of manufacturing defect;
- If the product is not in stock, you can exchange it for another one that is available;
- Return via bank deposit or form available at the time of purchase.
Em Três Atos store reserves the right not to make the exchange or return after the stipulated period.
