Exchange and return policy

Hello! If you want to exchange your product or make a return, we kindly ask you to contact us within 7 days from the date of receipt in the contact tab.

For exchange or return:

- The product must be in the original packaging;
- Do not contain marks of use and bear the label;
- Shipping costs borne by the customer, except in cases of manufacturing defect;
- If the product is not in stock, you can exchange it for another one that is available;
- Return via bank deposit or form available at the time of purchase.

Em Três Atos store reserves the right not to make the exchange or return after the stipulated period.

Os custos de frete ficam a cargo do comprador.
Por conta da pandemia, os envios são realizados com um prazo maior (uma vez por semana).
Envio em média entre 4 e 5 dias.
